Community Since 1870

Springvale began as an incorporated town in 1870. It was officially incorporated by the Georgia General Assembly. A U.S. Post Office was established in 1885 called Springvale and remained in operation until 1985. The town’s municipal charter was repealed in 1995, and it remains an unincorporated community.
